WHAT WE’RE DOING FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
Pinpoint is committed to protecting its customers and their property. While we will be closely monitoring the situation and provide informative content through our website and other communication channels, you can rest assured that our Pinpoint team are taking the necessary steps to minimise risks to our team, our clients, and community. The Pinpoint team are taking strict measures to ensure continued delivery of a safe and high level of service, in line with the recommendations of the Australian Government Department of Health, State Health Authorities and our professional industry body associates. In light of this event, you might be asking yourself if there would be any changes to your service level. The short answer is no. The health and safety of our people and our clients is of the utmost importance to us. We will be making several operational changes in line with our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our people, such as social distancing, operating as remote team and increased equipment sanitation, however the disruption to you will be minimal. Property Inspections and Pest Control services will be delivered in line with social distancing, which is generally the case due to the use of chemicals and equipment, and the only staff members conducting home visits have all been cleared to do so through precautionary internal processes to ensure they are healthy, have not come into contact with anyone displaying COVID-19 symptoms or have recently travelled.
As with everyone, we are closely monitoring the situation. As things evolve, our team will adjust appropriately to provide the maximum safety for our customers and our inspectors. Together, we can rise to these new challenges and keep each other safe. Should you have any concerns about pests in your home or need a home inspection, please contacts us any time. We’re here to help reduce your concerns in any way we can.
